Committed to create the next generation of sustainable and energy efficient buildings we recognize the values in LEED’s concept as common sense and we also believe that much more can be done to minimize the long-term energy consumption of buildings as this is responsible for about 85% of the environmental impact of a building. While we strongly support the application of renewable energy systems we also believe that the truly sustainable way is in the reduction of our energy consumption.
